I
agree to respect the rights of Dragon*Con guests and obtain
permission from each guest before interviewing, recording
and/or photographing them.
I understand some
panels and events may be off limits to media or have
restrictions, and flash photography may be prohibited,
especially during stage performances. I agree to check with
the person in charge of the room, panel or event to find out
the rules in advance. Photography is allowed in the Art Show
only with permission from the Art Show
Directors.
I understand that the
hotels have rules regarding video and film, restricting
recording to Dragon*Con areas only and prohibiting recording
in common public areas such as the lobbies. I agree to adhere
to the rules of each hotel with the knowledge that if these
rules are violated, I will be escorted out of the hotel by
hotel security and my Dragon*Con badge will be revoked.
I understand that
Dragon*Con is not responsible for the safety of my equipment.
If equipment is left unattended (even in the Press Room), it
is my sole responsibility and not the responsibility of
Dragon*Con or the Dragon*Con staff.
I understand that my
Media badge has been given to me as a professional courtesy
and my media privileges may be revoked at any time.
I understand that in
order to be eligible for a Media badge next year, I must send
a copy of all articles, photos and/or productions that are
published, aired or posted to the Dragon*Con Media Director
prior to Dragon*Con 2007.
