The Press Room is in
the Hyatt Regency on the Motor Lobby
level. This is the bottom floor of the Conference Center and
can be reached by elevator or escalator. We can be reached by
phone DURING the convention only and only during operating
hours. You will need to call the hotel operator at (404)
577-1234 and ask for the Lenox Room or extension 3811. If you
can not reach us for some reason, please do NOT leave a
message with the switchboard. This phone is for incoming calls
only.
Media Registration
takes place in the Press Room. If you are pre-registered, you
will be able to pick up your badge in
the Press Room.
Press Room Hours are
tentative and may be changing prior to the convention. Please
check back for updated hours. Please plan to register during these hours.
During hours of operation, there will always be Media Staff in
the Press Room.
Thursday:
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Monday: 8:00 am - Noon
The Press Room is
available for you to bring guests for interviews. Please
remember though, the room will not necessarily be quiet or
private since Media Registration takes place there. The Press
Room also acts as a lounge for the media to come and unwind,
regroup, and leave messages for other members of your staff.
